Your reservation does not include:

Taxes.
Unspecified consumption and activities.
Non-potable water.
The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings.

The entry of minors under 18 years of age.
The entry of unidentified visitors. Valid documents: Citizenship ID, Immigration ID, Passport, National Identity Document, Driver’s license.
Shows, events, musical performances and striptease.
The use of sound amplifiers.
Noise and music in the outdoor areas of the hotel and public spaces after 7:00 pm.
Drug use.
Smoking in the rooms and closed spaces of the hotel.
Jacuzzis: consumption of drinks, drugs and their use outside after 7:00pm.
Bring extra or additional services from external suppliers or companies that are not contracted by The Icon Resort to the hotel facilities.

* The non-compliance of any may be grounds for expulsion from the hotel.

* The Icon Resort reserves the right of admission.

The exploitation and sexual abuse of minors are criminally and civilly punished according to article 17 of Law 679 of 2001.
